Velorella.com Return Policy?
Velorella.com has a 7-day return policy, which means customers have 7 days after receiving their item to request a return. However, there are several exceptions to this policy. Sale items, items purchased with a discount code of 20% and above, markdowns, international orders, and formal long dresses over midi length for special occasions are all final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received, unworn or unused, with tags attached. Customers can submit a return request in the returns portal on the website.
If a package is marked as delivered and is missing, Velorella is not liable. Once the package is sent to the USPS, it is out of Velorella's liability. Customers are advised to contact USPS to resolve the issue.
In terms of shipping, once an order is placed, a confirmation is automatically sent to the primary contact information provided at checkout. A shipping confirmation, which includes the tracking number, is sent once the order is fulfilled. It can take 16-48 hours to get updates from USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the shipping carrier.
Please note that starting from April 20th, 2023, all sales are final due to a closeout sale until the rebrand in August 2023. After this date, the return policy may change.

Please note that Velorella does not allow cancellations on confirmed orders. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like bodysuits, undergarments, silicone bras, lashes, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). On sale items or marked down items are final. They cannot be returned or exchanged. Black Friday sales are also final.
For exchanges, the fastest way to ensure customers get what they want is to return the item they have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Once Velorella accepts the return and sends over a return shipping label, customers are responsible for shipping it out within 7 days. Once Velorella inspects the returned items, they will refund the customer. Please note that Velorella is not responsible for shipping fees on returned packages. There will be a flat fee of $5 USD deducted from the refund amount to cover the return shipping fee.
